Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. The products from our Istanbul based company will be sent by Sendeo,UPS for domestic deliveries and DHL courier company for abroad deliveries. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the courier company at the end of 5 (five) business days at the latest. For the shRopements of foreign orders, there is a possibility that there will be a customs fee at the rate of tax determined in accordance with the laws of the country of origin. Also, for shRopements that are processed at customs in this way, if you want DHL to follow the customs procedures, DHL will charge a service fee. These costs belong to the buyer.
