You can request a return for the product that you have purchased by clicking on the return button in the My Account>Orders section on our website.You can also return the product you have bought to the UPS cargo company with whom we have contracted, within the period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without opening / damaging / destroying the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with its invoice and return form. No refund can be made for personalized products, personalized printed shirts, and other personalized products printed with the request of the buyer.

We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3-5 business days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
