We try to deliver the products you have ordered to the courier company on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the courier delivery time is 3-5 business days as specified in the product detail. You will be informed in the case of a delayed delivery. In order for the product to be delivered without interruption, please provide the address of your current location as the delivery address. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. The products from our Istanbul based company will be sent by Jetizz or UPS courier company for domestic deliveries and DHL courier company for abroad deliveries. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the courier company at the end of 5 (five) business days at the latest. For the shRopements of foreign orders, there is a possibility that there will be a customs fee at the rate of tax determined in accordance with the laws of the country of origin. Also, for shRopements that are processed at customs in this way, if you want DHL to follow the customs procedures, DHL will charge a service fee. These costs belong to the buyer.
