Ordering Terms
People under the age of 18 cannot shop on www.fenerium.com. www.fenerium.com offers products for children; but sells them to adults.
You can shop from Fenerium with a credit card (Visa, Master Card) or bank transfer. Orders for which transfers are not made within 3 business days will be canceled. The time to process orders is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment when we determine that the money to the amount of the order has been blocked from the credit card account or that the transfer has reached our accounts. Payment methods that are not specified such as cash on delivery are not accepted.
Fenerium will deliver all your orders with a waybill invoice as required by law. Gift packages will be sent with the delivery note; the invoice will be mailed to the invoice address. All prices in transactions made are expressed in TL.
Fenerium is responsible for price inaccuracies caused by typesetting and system errors.
Situations that do not exist and are not foreseen at the date of signing of the contract, which develop beyond the control of the parties and make it impossible for one or both of the parties to fulfill their obligations and/or responsibilities under the contract partially or completely, or to fulfill them in a timely manner, will be accepted as force majeure (natural disaster, war, terrorism, uprising, legislative provisions, seizure or strike, lockout, significant failure in production and communication facilities ...). The party to which the force majeure has taken place will notify the other party immediately and in writing. During the continuation of the force majeure, no responsibility will arise due to the failure of the parties to fulfill their actions. If this force majeure event continues for 10 (ten) days, each party will have the right to terminate unilaterally.
Like all virtual shopping sites, Fenerium does not stock up to hundreds of thousands of products it sells. Products are supplied according to customer order. Although the lists for all products are updated every day, some of the ordered products may be out of stock for the organizations. In such cases, you will be informed by email by our relevant department and the blocked amount against the product price will be removed from your credit card.
If you have placed your order by selecting the bank transfer option, only the product prices will be refunded if the products cannot be sourced. Fenerium has no relationship with the transfer costs applied by banks. Therefore, we recommend that you make your wire transfer payments through banks' internet branches and ATMs.
Delivery of an order in Turkey is made by UPS Shipping. Overseas, the order is delivered by DHL.
If your packages are not delivered to you within the specified time during your shopping, you can send an email to [email protected]. The package can be tracked by the courier company being called by us or by the customer. After the package is received, it is deemed to have been accepted that the delivery company has performed its duty properly. For this reason, packages determined to have been damaged during delivery should not be accepted and a report should be taken. The report should then be faxed to 0216 542 1749 and the situation should be notified to [email protected] via email. Fenerium will provide the product again and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
For order cancellation, you first need to inform us that you want to cancel your order by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+90 216 542 1656). Upon this request, the order will be canceled and the product price will be reflected in your account. Refunds will be reflected to your account as soon as possible after canceling orders with a credit card. However, since the transfer dates of the banks to the accounts are different, you can get information about when it will be reflected on your account by calling the customer services of your bank. In the case of the cancellation of your order paid for via money order, the price of the product will be reflected on the account number that you will notify to us after your order is canceled. For Order Refund, Fenerium undertakes that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or service within fourteen days from when they took receipt or signed the contract without any legal and penal liability and without any justification, and from the date of the withdrawal notification to the seller / provider. No refund can be made for personalized products, back printed shirts, and other products printed with the request of the buyer.
If the right of withdrawal is used, the invoice will be returned. The price of the product is returned to the customer within 10 days after these documents and product/products arrive at Fenerium. However, if the original invoice is not sent by the customer, VAT and other legal deductions, if any, cannot be returned to the customer.
Your credit card information is not kept registered in the system. On these screens, your card number is hidden for your security.
On the www.fenerium.com website, the customer accepts and declares that they have read the essential information about the essential qualities, properties, sales price including VAT, payment and delivery form, supply and delivery times of all the products that constitute the subject of the contract and according to this information, accepts and declares that they approve the purchase in electronic environment. The person shopping on www.fenerium.com is deemed to have read, accepted, and confirmed all the above items electronically. For issues not regulated in this contract, the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection are applied.
