Return and Exchange

You can return the product you have bought to the UPS cargo company with whom we have contracted, within the period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery date  destroying the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with its invoice and return form. No refund can be made for personalized products, personalized printed shirts, and other personalized products printed with the request of the buyer.

Open and check packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of the UPS courier company representative from whom you received the package during delivery. If there is any damage to the product, do not take receipt of the product by recording a report to the courier company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty after the product is received.
 
Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, destroyed, and/or similar products, as well as products personalized on our site, personalized printed shirt, and other printed products are not accepted.
 
The customer is obliged to return the product in its condition at the time of delivery and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the goods due to use.
 
In the event that the customer returns or changes their mind regarding purchasing the product, the returned product will be returned within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2 to 6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any possession.
 
The product will not be returned and its price will not be refunded if it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions of the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer.
 
Please call customer service for any damages that may have occurred after the product reaches the customer.
 
Cash (EFT / Wire Transfer) and Credit Card refunds will be made within 10 business days. Your bank may not reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation, you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the “Canceled” warning regarding your order, all the price will be refunded to your credit card or to the bank where you made the transfer. Refunds made in installments are reflected to your credit card by your bank every month as a plus balance.
